This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.

My 2 yr old daughter “Ruby” is wearing a handmade Lucy costume. The wig I ordered from a costume shop out in California. Emroidery was done by a local shop. I got the idea from loving vintage. My daughter was pumped to wear lipstick for the first time.
