This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Diana, the 'I Love Lucy' costume creator:
This is my 3 year old granddaughter Evelyn. Was walking through Walmart and spotted this black and white polka dotted dress, and Lucy quickly came to mind. That's where the idea began. I found the wig on Amazon, and added an apron that my daughter made, and a flower pin that was off of a dress I already had. I added false eyelashes, some lipstick, and blush, and Hereee's Lucy.
