This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brittany, the 'I Love Lucy' costume creator:
Rylan is four years old and loves I Love Lucy! With her red hair, we thought she'd make the cutest Lucy! We bought a simple vintage dress off of Zulily, a plain white apron at Walmart and painted her logo on it, then curled her hair over night with sponge rollers and pinned it up in the morning and tied a red bandana around it and put her on some res lipstick.
