Ice Cream Girl Costume

My 3 year old daughter wanted to be an ice cream girl this Halloween. I found her dress on Ebay for $8. Changed the buttons in the front to hearts. Added a "L" decal to the left side chest. On the apron I added a iron on decal that says "scoops and sprinkles ice cream". I found ice cream cone lights at targets dollar section for 3 dollars. I took the lights apart added in snap buttons to dress and ice cream cones. So I can take off the ice creams when I need to wash.
For her ice cream cones I used a small styrofoam ball and hot glue gunned it to the cone. Once dry, I thought weight spackle and covered the styrofoam ball. I let it dry for 24 hours then painted and hot glued gunned the toppings.
Cart I found on sale at target for $8, made by antsy pants. I made an iron on to apply to the fabric that says Luca's Scoops and Sprinkle Ice Cream. Added some $3 ice cream lights I found in the dollar section at target. I glued all the ice cream cones to a plastic 3 fold which I attached to the cart. Mad e a sign that read 25 cents and Washi taped it to the cart.
So far my daughter loves it and everyone always ask if the ice cream is real.
