This homemade costume for girls entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Andrea, the 'Ice Cream Vendor' costume creator:
This is my 7yesr old daughter Kinley. Every year we plan her Halloween costume to be the theme of her birthday which is just 22 days later. This year she wanted ICE CREAM! Her costume complete with multi-colored tutu, homemade apron and bow tie and vintage hat. Her costume was made complete with her ice cream tray loaded up with a variety of waffle cones ready to sell.
