This homemade costume for families entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Josh, the 'Ice Ice Baby' costume creator:
We had so much fun creating this costume. We used batting to fill up clear garbage size bags and give the illusion of ice. We then of course held our baby making it "ice ice baby".
