This homemade costume for kids entered our 2022 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stephanie, the 'Icee' costume creator:
Zander, age 6, wanted to be an Icee. We got all of the materials at our local Dollar store. The straw is a pool noodle. The plastic lid is a clear bowl with the bottom cut out. The ice is painted batting. The cup is poster board and colored felt pieces. We put stretched some cotton balls and added to the letters. This was so cheap and fun to make!! All under $10.00
