A word from Jennifer, the 'Infected Pregnant Zombie' costume creator:
I used a pair of denim maternity pants a white button up maternity shirt and a white T-shirt for a small pillow to stuff inside the maternity pants a baby doll which I cut the face off of the baby doll used 2 plastic eyeballs the kind that move around that I bought a whole pack for a dollar from the dollar store which I only needed two eyeballs out of the pack and glued those eyeballs on top of the baby dolls eyeballs so they would stand out when I stuck the face inside the shirt on top of the pillow to give it a realistic look and the one leg and two arms which was attached to a stuffed baby doll leaving some of the cloth around the leg of the doll and gluing it on to the T-shirt adding red paint for blood also adding red paint on the shirt with a little fake blood mixed in & a little bit of black and white paint just kinda rubbed across the shirt to make it appear dirty the little styrofoam balls were a bouquet of Holly's from the dollar store that were a tan color I cut a little bit of the Styrofoam ball pieces off each ball to give it a flatness so they don't roll and painted them a greenish yellow color to look like blisters as well as a few bigger pieces of styrofoam balls better already had just to make it different size blisters glue them on with liquid latex spirit gum will work as well if you wanted to use that instead even honey would work because the balls are like wait & the honey is sticky Like Glue then added little drippings of blood in between those blisters to make it look like it was running along with the little bit of snot which was made with glycerin and jello idea came from YouTube as well on how to make it,smudged black eyeliner around the eyes and eyeliner on the lips a little red blush and lipstick patted on my face just a little along with the blood, one Green contact lens an wig that I already had just made it look messy.most of my costume came from things that I already had around the house the maternity clothes you can get from Goodwill or Salvation Army if you don't happen to have something around the house to wear.I'm crafty and Thrifty so I usually spend very very little money when I do my costumes because most of the things I already haveI love being unique and creative but I got my inspiration from YouTube and just putting bits and pieces of other ideas from other costumes into one thing and gave it my own name my own creativity and originality with the assurance that no one will show up looking like me for Halloween/party. this is my favorite time of the year to get to be something other than myself and to show just how creative I can be and how far my mind will go. this costume could be recreated for probably about 20 bucks give or take if you have most of these things around the house even if it's not the exact same thing but something close to give you the look that you wantmy costumes always look like I spent for more than what I really did and because I am crafty I usually don't spend any money because I have those things already here around the house from other projectsbut most things came from the dollar store such as paint, styrofoam balls & the plastic eyeballs one or two things came from Spirit of Halloween store & Walmart.I just love love love Halloween! Be safe u just never know who might knock at your door & take your breath away...could it be me! BOO!!!
