I知 wearing the costume. Went and found some old picket fence slabs cut them to form a chair. Used a heat lamp for the helmet.bought 3 Halloween fake wires . Bought inmate costume and stuffed just the legs and attached with belts I cut up. So I知 standing up inside the chair to push it on rollers
