This homemade costume for families entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Desiree, the 'Inside Out' costume creator:
Our family decided on this theme this year and I agreed it was perfect. We managed to find everything we needed at second hand stores except for the wigs and face paint. All together this costs about $100 and $50 of that was face paint. We went to a few events and everyone loved it especially the little kids.
