This homemade costume for pets entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Penny, the 'Inspector Maximus' costume creator:
This is Maximus my 4 year old Vizsla and he is doing his best Inspector Gadget impression. The costume was made from a boys suit with many alterations! I had the idea for the costume as my name is Penny, so I thought we could take a picture together and be "Penny & Inspector Gadget"just like the show/movie.
