Invisible Man Costume

My son Vince is wearing his Invisible Man costume. He is between the lining of the coat with a see through mask on to camouflage the hole he sees through. We stuffed the upper part of the coat with paper and cut holes in the lower sides of the coat and sleeves so he could still have use of his arms. I used a coat hanger to thread through the waistband of the pants to keep them round and pinned the suspenders in place. Same thing with the bow tie. He is wearing another pair of khakis to blend with the first. We cut holes in the back of the knees of the first pair of khakis so he could put his legs through the bottom half to create the illusion. We molded casting tape over a mannequin head and mounted it to a coat hanger. The whole thing cost maybe $20 because we already had most of the materials.
