This homemade costume for couples entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cherie, the 'IT Clown and Female Joker' costume creator:
I made this for my brother. IT of course our favorite scarey movie as a child. Used a clown cap attached with latex teeth made from forming stuff that came with vampire fangs, bought costume n arm. Also a female joker with life like cuts up cheeks done with latex n toilet paper. Took about 3 hrs on it n half hour to 45 mins on jokers face
