This homemade costume for adults entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Hugo, the 'IT me baby one more time' costume creator:
This costume was worn by me and was inspired by the movie IT and Britney Spears. I’m a huge fan of both and thought it would rad to merge the two into one costume. The majority of the costume was put together using items purchased from second hand stores. The approximate cost was $45. Oops I did “IT” again
