This homemade costume for boys entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.

My grandson Jace is wearing an IT costume that my daughter made for him. He wanted to be this clown so he could tie 1 red balloon on his bike for trick or treating. She bought a white shirt and white pants add added the collar and ruffles to the sleeves and bottom of the pants. She used red pom poms down the front of the shirt ordered the wig and white gloves from Amazon and painted his face and added the blood
