It's Raining Cats and Dogs Costume

My dog Zack is wearing costume I wanted to use a common expression used that people would know. I thought that would be a original idea especially if a dog or cat was wearing the costume. The base that is attached to dog by velco on botton is cardboard box which I cut out and painted bright yellow to match his raincat. The umbrella is also cardboard circle bend down on edge to give it the umbrella shape the handle is a wooden dowel both were painted.It was attached to box by cutting hole and inserting it into box using glue gun also the same method was used to attach the umbrella to the top of dowel stick. The stuffed cats and dogs and raindrops were attached by fishing line. The rain drops are poster board cut in raindrop shape and painted blue with blue sparkle paint on for finish touch The dog bone on top is cardboard cut in bone shape and painted with expression it is raining cats and dogs on it.The only thing that is not home made is raincoat the dog is wearing and stuffed cats and dogs attached to umbrella. The cost was low because it was a lot of cardboard used. I spent about 12.00 total. Thank God for glue guns.
