This homemade costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Alyssa, the 'It's Raining Cats and Dogs' costume creator:
We got a little rain coat, made some red rubber rain boots, got an umbrella top, attached it to a chain to hook on her leash, and tied some stuffed cats and dogs to the umbrella to create my vision!
