This homemade costume for adults entered our 2011 Halloween Costume Contest.

I am behind the custom mask. I was in Target trying to find my wife a costume and came across a jack-o-lantern that was large and lightweight. I then figured a black sheet would make me disappear in the dark and able to surprise all.
