This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Anica, the 'Jack Skellington' costume creator:
Kahlani loves Jack from Nightmare Before Christmas,so I made this tutu costume for her to wear to see her favorite movie in the theatre. Its a hand made tutu with a strechy top you can get at a craft store and I used socks for the sleeves as well as the decal on the top.
