This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Carol, the 'Jake the Pirate and his Ship' costume creator:
My Grandson loves Jake and the Pirates, so I made him this costume, complete with his pirate ship. I got a large box, cut it up, painted it and decorated it, made a big sail and a Jolly Roger flag. Then I made him a blue/yellow Jake vest and some "boots" of felt, cut up an old t-shirt and added laces, put a bandana on his head and added a big sword (his favorite part!)
