This homemade costume for pets entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rosana, the 'Jeannie' costume creator:
Fabric with sequences and cut into a tube shape for dress, added sleeves, cardboard for hat, glued fabric to hat, cut hole for fake hair I took off an old wig with ends hot glued to inside of hat and elastic under chin. Added sheer fabric, same as sleeves for veil.
