This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Melissa, the 'Jeannie in her Bottle' costume creator:
My daughters choice this year was to be a genie. Located genie costume on ebay and then adorned it with extra jewels. Fabricated a bottle from laundry baskets/bowls which were wire tied together covered with bubble wrap to achieve larger bottle shape and then spray painted and covered with floral fabric and ribbons. added criss cross straps to allow her to wear her bottle.
