This homemade costume for adults entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Charles, the 'Jeepers Creepers' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume. I created it from the movie Jeepers Creepers. I built the wings from aluminum rods, tubes and aluminum angle for the main structure. I had to sew pockets for the stay rods to keep them in place and spray painted the wings after I put hot glue on the in strategic locations to resemble veins. I already had the hands but airbrushed them and bought the mask as a two piece and airbrushed that as well. I attached the two pieces with liquid latex. I made the cloak and took a pair of mens dress pants, ripped the inseam down and built them wider to accommodate my stilts at 18". There's a fur chest piece and fur gauntlets.
