This homemade costume for adults entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Charles, the 'Jeepers Creepers' costume creator:
I'm wearing this costume. I hand made the wings out of aluminum rods, aluminum tubing, and aluminum angle. I sewed the wings without any pattern at all. I used fingers from gloves and adheared them to a mask I modified. I modified a trench coat and attached it to the wings. I went big with stilts.
