This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kadence, the 'Jelly Belly' costume creator:
Her nickname is jelly bean so we thought it would be fun for her to be that for Halloween. I used a plastic table cloth and melted the edges together,filled it with water balloons, poster board for the seal,colorful ribbons, and hand sketched the logo.
