My name is Patty Kunze I got this idea from Pinterest by mutual basically designed most of it myself. I used a clear dome shaped umbrella , bubble wrap, various ribbons, led lights, tape, glue gun, eyes, eyelashes were made with chenille pipe cleaners , thin batting and tulle .
