DIY Jellyfish Costume

My daughter Avrie is wearing the costume. Saw this idea over a year ago on pinterest. Have seen a couple variations with umbrellas but didn't want her to have to hold it. Found a Sombrero painted it, added tutus and put strings of led lights around then wrapped in bubble wrap.Hot glued sparkly tulle,ribbon, and streamers for the tentacles. Wrapped her body in a long string of multi colored led lights to finish it off. Was a huge hit amazing how people reacted.
