This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Natalie, the 'Jellyfish' costume creator:
This is my daughter's jellyfish costume I made. I used a clear umbrella, tied some tulle inside and hot glued battery operated lights throughout the tulle. I then added two large googly eye and for the tentacles i just went to the craft store and went down the trim aisle and held up various ones until i found what resembled a jellyfish the most. I hot glued those on the ends and added light to them. Simple as can be!
