This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Alyssa, the 'Jellyfish' costume creator:
These are pictures of me in the costume. I made it using an umbrella hat purchased from Amazon that I sewed iridescent white and purple gauzy fabric to. I also tied stings of iridescent beads that I found at Joannes as tentacles.
I sprayed the whole thing with glow in the dark paint.
