This homemade costume for boys entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Steph, the 'Jet Pack Man' costume creator:
My 6yo son LOVES robots and rockets so naturally he wanted to be something in that genre for Halloween. A quick Google search led us to a Japanese TV show clip and the idea was born! The jet pack is made from cardboard tubes and LED lights and embellished with recycled do-dads from around the house. We made his flying legs from cardboard and padding and the fire coming out of his rockets are pajama pants I made!
