This homemade costume for couples entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Katy, the 'Joe and Bonnie Swanson' costume creator:
Kenny has been in a wheelchair his whole life. We decided this year to add some humor to Halloween and dress up as Joe and Bonnie from Family Guy. It was a ton of fun! (And we got lots of laughs and smiles from strangers all night!)
