Joe Dirt Costume

We decided to make our 2 year old son Elliot into Joe Dirt this year. It is an easy and inexpensive costume that can be done in an hour. To create this costume we purchased a princess wig, flannel button down, and face paint. Items from home used were blue jeans and work boots. To achieve the mullet hairstyle, I cut the princess wig into the appropriate hair cut. I cut the sleeves off of the flannel shirt and painted on the facial hair. And then Ta-Da! Joe Dirt!
