This homemade costume for girls entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brandy, the 'Joe Dirt' costume creator:
My 4 year old daughter is wearing our version of Joe Dirt as a kid just like on the movie. We had a couple wigs in our Halloween box and thought it'd be funny to try some on. This was by far the funniest and I just kept saying omg! you look like baby Joe Dirt!! She is silly and we love to laugh! Hope you like it! Some could say she could be the next Billy Ray Cyrus.
