This homemade costume for kids entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amy, the 'Joker and Harley Quinn' costume creator:
These two cuties are my Son Anlon and his best friend Kayla. Her mother and myself have been friends for 14 years Anlon and Kayla are 5 and 6 years old they're six months apart. We dress them as iconic duos often. This year was Joker and Harley. I wanted to go with the Jack Nicholson version of joker and older Harley Quinn to go against the popular suicide squad versions that we seen this year. They were truly a hit with most of our stops this year. We hope you appreciate it it as much as we do.
