This homemade costume for couples entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Veronica, the 'Joker & Harley' costume creator:
In 2016, my boyfriend and I went as Joker and Harley Quinn from the newly released Suicide Squad film. My boyfriend already had all the components for his costume and I made all of the large pieces of mine. I bought a plain white long-sleeved shirt and then added all the details by hand and bought materials to sew the shorts, shoe covers, and chocker. I also dyed my hair so that it would match hers while also looking natural like it does in the movie.
