This homemade costume for boys entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stacy, the 'Joker' costume creator:
My 8 year old son wanted to be the Joker this year. I purchased the tux suit for around 10 dollars at Walmart and he ended up wearing his own jeans, we bought a make up kit for all the kids for 5$ which is what's on his face. All in all 10-15$. He loved his costume as did we!
