This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Yadira, the 'Joker' costume creator:
My son, Orlando is two years old he is always serious so decided to dress him as The Joker. I sewed the coat all by hand dyed a white shirt green for the vest and cut it. I made the tie out of a white head band and used sharpies to color it! I did his makeup and sprayed pain his hair green. I took him to the radio costume contest in my city he made it to the top 20 best costumes unfortunately he did not win :( the cost was around 30-40 dollars.
