Joker Costume

My son Blaine is a big fan of the villain, Joker. He really wanted to be as accurate as possible when it came to the costume. I looked through several comic books and we chose the classic Joker look. First thing I did was head to the local thrift store where I purchased a suit jacket and matching slacks. I used a piece of yarn for the bow tie and a fake rose from the dollar store that Joker wears as a gag. I then used green washout hair dye and white face paint as a base. I dug into my cosmetic bag and used my eye shadows, eyeliner and red lipstick. Blaine loved his Joker costume so much that he wore it to several different Halloween events all October. Very simple and easy to make. :)
