This homemade costume for boys entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Diana, the 'Joker from The Dark Knight' costume creator:
We did this a few years ago. He was 5. We used latex to apply the scars and then painted over them an well as his face. We spray painted his hair green.
