This homemade costume for men entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Neil, the 'Joker New 52' costume creator:
This costume is based off the Batman 13 issue where Joker returns, the problem being is his face was cut off by a man named Dollman. This my attempt at creating the character.
