This homemade costume for couples entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Elizabeth, the 'Jolly Holiday' costume creator:
My husband Dan and I recreated my favorite scene in Mary Poppins. First ingenuity for upcoming camping/holloween weekend. We used a white broomstick skirt i had. Red ribbons and tulle velcro and duck tape from Joanne's and Walmart. For Bert my husbands white wedding jacket and pants and shirt from thrift store. Our hats are from thrift store and amazon cane and umbrella from there as well. The gloves from party city.
