This homemade costume for families entered our 2022 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Morgan, the 'Jolly Holiday' costume creator:
I came up with this costume idea when we first got our dog over three years ago thinking he would make a perfect penguin, all I had to do was wait for a couple of kids to come along :)
