This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Suzanne, the 'Kali Costume' costume creator:
the Hindu god Kali, inspiration from a celebrity doing it a few years back, challenged myself to make it at home, made of blue lyrca tights, rolled up cardboard, and cardboard accessories, embellished with hot glue and sprayed gold.
