This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessica, the 'Kate and Mim-Mim' costume creator:
My three year old daughter is obsessed with Kate and Mim-Mim so naturally she wanted to be Kate this year! It was pretty simple to do, stripped purple long sleeve with a pink tshirt, the one work was sewing those stripes on the cuffed pants. I used old shirts for that of course
