This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Bebe, the 'Katniss Catching Fire' costume creator:
Bebe is wearing the Katniss Catching Fire outfit with armour. We bought the plastic breastplate & arm guards from Dollar Tree Store totalling $2. Then painted it all black with acrylic paint. She alreafy had a Nerf bow & arrow, which we painted black. Easiestcostume to make!
