My daughter Paige is a huge Katy Perry fan, and wanted me to fabricate a user friendly version of Ms Perry's California Girls Cupcake Dress!
84 faux cup cakes, yards of tulle and fabric, lots of misc. crafts and materials, and more hours than I ever want to even add up...
