This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Megan, the 'Keat the Scarecrow' costume creator:
Keaton is wearing the not so scary scarecrow for his first Halloween. This outfit is hand made by burlap, overalls, felt, straw, and lots of hot glue. This idea was through a friend that made her little boy one the same year.
