This homemade costume for kids entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rosa, the 'Ketchup and Mustard' costume creator:
My little daughters have the same dress in different colors and I realized they are the perfect colors of ketchup and mustard. I printed labels and found matching beanies.
I bought the red beanie $5 and bought sticker paper $5.
