This homemade costume for kids entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Regina, the 'Kevin Minion' costume creator:
My daughter is wearing the costume and we came up with the idea because my kids love minions item's need poster board white works the best get two just to be safe depending on the children if they are slightly bigger then more poster board will be needed I say 2 poster boards per child a can of yellow spray paint and a Halloween bowl and pipe cleaners black duct tape and a of tuna fish cans
