Kevin the bird from UP Costume

My 2 yr. Old daughter is dressed as Kevin the bird from UP! She is in love with the movie so after a little bit of research and the help of Pinterest I was able to create her costume. I used tons of colored felt for the feathers that I hand cut and super glued onto a tshirt and tutu. For the head/beak I found a blue foam visor from a craft store and took took some yellow foam paper and formed it into the shape of the beak, then colored it and glued googly eyes onto it. I used pop cleaners and get for the feathers on top of the hat. She absolutely loved it!
